ABOUT THE JOB
Cleaning Technician: Orchard Cleaning Services
No experience needed. We'll train you. We just can't train pride.
Do you notice the crooked picture frame? The streak on the mirror? Do you feel a little thrill when you walk out of a room that looks better than when you walked in? Keep reading.
Orchard is a family-owned cleaning company that has served Northern Michigan since 2012. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic products that are safe for the families and pets we clean for, and safe for you too. Our clients give us 4.9 stars.
Here's the honest version of the job:
We serve Grand Traverse, Leelanau, Antrim, and Benzie counties. You'll drive to two or three homes a day, and we plan routes so your stops are close together, but you'll be on the road in every kind of Michigan weather. You'll clean homes where busy families live, with kids, dogs, cats, and full calendars. Schedules can change from time to time, so a little flexibility goes a long way.
You'll love it here if you:
Take pride in results you can see
Stay calm and keep moving when the day gets busy
Are the dependable one: on time, every time
Love animals and don't judge how other people live
Would rather speak up than stay quiet and frustrated
This isn't the job for you if you:
Need the same routine every day
Don't like driving, especially in snow
Aren't comfortable around pets
Want a quiet, predictable workplace
What you get:
$22.22–$28.28/hour, with pay tied to performance: quality, reliability, and client feedback
Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, occasionally until 5:30. No nights, no weekends.
Daily tip and bonus payouts
Health, dental, and vision insurance
401(k) with company matching
Paid time off that you earn as you work
Paid training from our certified trainers
A real job as an employee, not a contractor
A team that notices great work and says so
If you're looking for a place where great work gets noticed, that's Orchard. Apply today.
