Pay Range: $18–$22/hour

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Customer Support:

Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist clients with inquiries.Maintain organized records and handle customer preferences cheerfully.

Scheduling & Coordination:

Ensure all customer scheduling requests are fulfilled efficiently.Optimize technician routes and daily schedules to maximize capacity.Handle last-minute schedule changes due to absences or requests.

Sales & Lead Conversion:

Achieve and maintain a high lead-to-sale conversion rate. Assist with booking in-home estimates and follow up with undecided leads.

Team Collaboration & Office Maintenance:

Coordinate with cleaning technicians to resolve scheduling issues.Keep the office professional and well-organized.

What We Offer

Minimum Qualifications

Proficient in computer skills, including database use and email communication. Friendly, articulate, and customer service-oriented. Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.Experience in scheduling or logistics is a bonus!
